I imagine they wouldn't agree, seeing as it is the only way they've ever known how to live. Most of the Flame elemen living in Stendrion are never allowed to leave. And those that do seem to find it undesirable to cross the desert. It is for that reason alone that a war has yet to break out between the next largest eleman city, even though Stendrion wishes to expand.
